Engage with our team and have a one hour Assistance Meeting with to discuss your personalised COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan and provide feedback and pointers. The process here is to gather the important background and to provide you with independent advice around your plan. We will send you some additional resources ahead of the meeting, aimed at fleshing out the specific points of focus.
We'll review your continuity plan and provide feedback as well as assist you to create a short term forecast that illustrates the financial impact of the crisis on your cashflow. To achieve this we'll provide you with a short term cash flow template and assist you to prepare a short term forecast. There is some time required because we will need to work with you to flesh out the drivers of value and the likely impacts on those drivers.
For those who already have plans in place but need help with the financial side of things. Over a couple of Zoom meetings we will gather an understanding of the drivers, the financial impact, the changes you've made and then prepare an integrated, or 3-way forecast that illustrates your future profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow. This is a really useful tool for decision making and is also valuable if you intend to approach your bank or investors for finance.
A workshop run over two to three meetings via Zoom. We will provide a session to help you develop your continuity plan, and then review it with your leadership team. The remaining two sessions are aimed at fine tuning that plan and building a cash-flow model to illustrate how everything looks form the financial and cash perspective.
