Funding is delivered in the form of vouchers through the Regional Business Partner Network. These vouchers can be used to fund specialist services targeted at cash flow, business continuity planning, HR, and wellness.

Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Template  >> Free

E-mail us at connect@connacc.nz to receive a free continuity planning template that you can use to provide focus and accountability to your team. We are more than happy to have a quick conversation and talk through your challenges or to provide a few pointers.   

Review your BCP through a Zoom Meeting >> $500 + GST

Engage with our team and have a one hour Assistance Meeting with  to discuss your personalised COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan and provide feedback and pointers.  The process here is to gather the important background and to provide you with independent advice around your plan. We will send you some additional resources ahead of the meeting, aimed at fleshing out the specific points of focus.  

BCP Review & Short Term Cash Forecast >> $1,200 + GST

We'll review your continuity plan and provide feedback as well as assist you to create a short term forecast that illustrates the financial impact of the crisis on your cashflow. To achieve this we'll provide you with a short term cash flow template and assist you to prepare a short term forecast. There is some time required becasue we will need to work with you to flesh out the drivers of value and the likely impacts on those drivers.    

12-month Cashflow Forecast and Budget >> $1,500 + GST

For those who already have plans in place but need help with the financial side of things. Over a couple of Zoom meetings we will gather an understanding of the drivers, the financial impact, the changes you've made and then prepare an integrated, or 3-way forecast that illustrates your future profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow. This is a really useful tool for decision making and is also valuable if you intend to approach your bank or investors for finance. 

Business Continuity and Cash Flow Workshop  >> $1,750 + GST

A workshop run over two to three meetings via Zoom. We will provide a session to help you develop your continuity plan, and then review it woth your leadership team. The remainaing two sessions are aimed at fine tuning that plan and building a cash-flow model to illustrate how everything looks form the financial and cash perspective.  

Innovation and Planning Session >> $2,500 + GST

A workshop to review your stragety and map out your business model, with a view to implementing tactics to build competitive advantage . The workshop is run in our offices, so not available until after lockdown. Until then, we are more than happy to talk through your ideas.
